Leicester City midfielder Casey McCarthy is facing an uncertain future at the club after struggling to make an impact in recent seasons.
McCarthy, who joined the Foxes from Watford in January 2019, has been unable to establish himself as a regular starter and has struggled to find his form since joining the club.
The midfielder has made just six appearances this season, with all but one coming off the bench, and has not scored or assisted any goals.
