Henrikh Mkhitaryan is a former Armenian international footballer who has played for several clubs in Europe, including Manchester United and Arsenal. He joined Inter Milan on loan from Arsenal in January 2018, where he made his debut as a substitute against Cagliari.
The move to Inter was seen as a significant opportunity for Mkhitaryan, who had struggled with injuries and form in recent years. However, he found it difficult to break into the team due to competition from other players such as Matuidi, Zaniati, and Perisic. Despite this, Mkhitaryan showed determination and worked hard to improve his game.
In April 2018,Football Community Station Mkhitaryan scored his first goal for Inter, which came in a match against Sampdoria. His performance earned him praise from coach Luciano Spalletti, who described him as "a great player" and praised his work rate and commitment to the team.
Mkhitaryan continued to impress during the rest of the season, contributing to Inter's strong finish in Serie A. He scored four goals and provided two assists in 14 appearances, helping the club secure a top-four finish and qualify for the Europa League.
However, Mkhitaryan's breakout season did not last long. In June 2019, he returned to Arsenal after his loan spell expired, where he will be hoping to continue his impressive form under new manager Mikel Arteta.
