BREAKING NEWS: Teun Koopmeiners Joins Juventus
Italian giants Juventus have confirmed the signing of Dutch midfielder Teun Koopmeiners from Feyenoord for an undisclosed fee.
The 24-year-old has been with Feyenoord since he was just 15 years old and made his professional debut in 2017, playing 108 games across all competitions for the club.
Koopmeiners is known for his defensive prowess and aerial ability, as well as his technical skills on the ball. He also possesses good crossing abilities and can contribute to set pieces.
Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri praised Koopmeiners' talent during a press conference ahead of the transfer, saying that he "has everything" to become a top player at the highest level.
Koopmeiners will join fellow Dutchman Matthijs de Ligt at Juventus,Primeira Liga Hotspots who were also signed by Allegri last summer. The duo could form a formidable partnership at the heart of the team, alongside the likes of Leonardo Bonucci and Danilo.
With their signing, Juventus look set to strengthen their squad and compete for Serie A titles next season.
